What do I need to bring to the house?
- You really can travel light! All you need to bring is your own crockery, cutlery & pots and pans as well as your own bedding.
After I’ve seen the property and decided to take a room, what do I do next?
- Complete an application form
- Supply references, a form of ID and your three latest bank statements
- Supply three payslips or letter of appointment which confirms your salary if you are starting a new job
I’ve seen your website and like what I see, but what do I do now?
- Complete a registration form and we’ll contact you as soon as we receive it
- We will establish which house will suit you depending on the type of person you are and how much you want to spend
- A viewing will be arranged
- If you would like to take one of the rooms, you will need to pay £100 to hold the room, which will be deducted from your first months rent.
- A meeting then may be arranged for you to meet the existing tenants
What is included in the monthly rent?
- All utilities - gas, water and electricity
- Council tax
- Sky TV
- Broadband
- Wide screen TV, DVD, video and hi-fi
- Weekly cleaner
- TV in every bedroom
What happens after I’ve submitted my application form?
- Credit, personal and business references are taken up
- A standing order mandate is completed so that your rent is paid directly into our account on the first of each month
- The tenancy agreement is drawn up and you receive a copy
- Rent is paid from the date you move in up to the end of the month
- You are issued with your keys!
What equipment is included in the house?
- All kitchens are full equipped with high quality oven & hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer.
- All houses have a washing machine & tumble drier fitted as standard.
- TV, DVD, hi-fi and videos are fitted in the communal lounge areas (Sky movies and Sky sport packages included). Some houses even have the latest 42" wall mounted flat screen TVs.
